Our attorneys are experienced in establishing guardianship of incapacitated adults, developmentally disabled adults, and minors. We represent the guardian in preparing the filing all of the legal documents necessary to do this and in filing the annual reports that the guardian must file with the court. In guardianship of adults, our attorneys also represent the alleged incapacitated person in defending a guardianship action. Our guardianship attorneys have particular experience in adversarial guardianship proceedings in which either the incapacity of the person or the selection of the guardian is contested.
